1. Registration & Course Acceptance

• All application should be submitted at least 15 working days or earlier, before course commencement.
• Submission of application does not guarantee a placement for the course.
• Notification of course acceptance will be made within 05 working days after receiving your application.
• Course Fee payments (PayNow, GIRO) are to be made within 05 days after receiving notification of course acceptance from Daikin to confirm the registration.
• Confirmation of course acceptance will be made at least 5 working days before course commencement with receipt of full payment and completed application form.

2. Modes of Payments

• Payments by PAYNOW.
• Screenshot the receipt of payment and email to training department.

3. Refund / Cancellation / Reschedule 

• A notification of withdrawal must be received in writing and should indicate the following details:
  • Course title and training date
  • Name of participant/s
• A full refund will only be made if written notification of withdrawal is received within 10 working days or earlier before course commencement.

• Any request to reschedule a participant to the next available training session must be submitted at least 10 working days or earlier prior to the course commencement date. Only one replacement training session will be granted. No further rescheduling, replacement, or refund will be allowed if the participant is unable to attend the replacement session due to leave, absence, or medical reasons.
  Approval for reschedule of training is subject to management’s discretion and availability of the next training schedule.

• For absentee cases due to medical reasons, the company/participant must provide a valid Medical Certificate (MC) to support the rescheduling request. Approval for replacement training is subject to management’s discretion and availability of the next training schedule.

• If the class is cancelled by Daikin, Daikin will provide a full refund via cheque.

4. Pre-requisite

• Basic English language writing and communication skills.
• An ability to participate effectively in group discussions, speak, and communicate in a learning environment.

5. Class size

• Class will only commence with a minimum of 8 trainees and up to a maximum of 15 trainees.
• Daikin reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training session where enrolment is insufficient or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to inform the trainee at the earliest possible time via the mode of contact provided.

6. Issuance of e-certificates

• Trainees are required to achieve a minimum attendance of 75%.
• An e-certificate will be issued within seven (7) working days after the training, upon receipt of the course fee payment.

7. Important notes

• All courses are conducted in English.
• Daikin reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
